CHINESE INVENT WATERPROOF CIGARETTE!
The Chinese smoke everywhere common sense tells you not to smoke; elevators, department stores, operating rooms, even while trying to swim in the ocean. Many times, sitting on the beach, I’d start thinking about how to invent a waterproof cigarette.
